MPFSC-120 Automatic Pocket Filler
The MPFSC-120 volumetric filling system delivers clean and consistent portions for a wide range of challenging products such as cooked rice, cooked pasta (long or short formats), cut vegetables, cut fruits, chilled salads, cereals, trail mixes, surimi, shrimp, and shredded meats.
This machine can operate at speeds of up to 120 containers per minute, depending on the product type, container format, and conveyor configuration.
Our equipment is compatible with many types of container conveying systems, including continuous or intermittent conveyors as well as vertical or horizontal packaging machines used for trays, plates, cartons, cups, pouches (including stand-up formats), cans, jars, boxes, and other packaging solutions.
When the product enters the hopper, a conveyor belt equipped with a specially designed finger system—driven by a variable frequency drive—feeds the product toward the filling head in a controlled and consistent manner.
